Sentek Dynamics Installs Medium Force Shaker and THV Environmental Test System at Labmor Brazil
São Paulo, Brazil — Sentek Dynamics, a global leader in vibration testing and environmental simulation equipment, recently completed a major installation at Labmor, one of Brazil’s leading materials testing laboratories. Sentek Dynamic’s service team was proud to install a medium force shaker system and an environmental test chamber to expand Labmor’s testing capabilities.
The team installed a M3240A-PA136-LST800M medium force shaker, part of the M Series line. This high-performance vibration test system delivers precise and repeatable excitation for automotive, aerospace, and electronics testing. Its durable design and powerful performance make it ideal for laboratories requiring accurate, consistent vibration profiles for component reliability validation.
To complement the shaker, the team installed a THV-1200-5 environmental testing chamber. The THV series integrates thermal and vibration testing in a single chamber, enabling realistic environmental simulations such as temperature cycling, humidity exposure, and mechanical stress testing. This system enhances Labmor’s ability to perform comprehensive reliability and durability tests under controlled conditions.
The installation was completed with the integration of a Crystal Instruments Spider-81B vibration controller, available through Sentek Dynamics’ vibration control solutions. The Spider-81B provides advanced digital control, multi-channel data acquisition, and real-time system monitoring, ensuring smooth coordination between the shaker and environmental chamber for high-precision testing.
