Installation

Sentek Dynamics’ in-house team installs our systems domestically and globally. Our Field Service Manager, Dave Jordan, supervises the entire process from beginning to end. Customers will be provided with a point of contact for the entire process. Our team will assist with facility preparation, system installation, and provide full training on your systems use.

Maintenance

Sentek Dynamics’ coast-to-coast locations in the USA allows our team of factory trained technicians to maintain and service your system anywhere in the world. Our Kannapolis, NC facility offers an ever-expanding spare parts inventory enabling us to provide significantly shorter lead times, critical for time-sensitive customer operations.

Based at our Kannapolis, NC Demonstration, Service, and Assembly facility; Dave brings a lifetime of experience gained both domestically and abroad from a variety of industries and disciplines. Leading a team of expert technicians, Dave knows what it takes to bring vibration testing into your facility and keep it running in peak condition for years to come.

Mike Nichols, Applications Engineer (Kannapolis, NC)

Mike brings a background of industrial experimentation and quality control in addition to maintenance.  He is a graduate of North Carolina State University in addition to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Master’s of Science degree in mechanical engineering as well as Applied Physics.  Mike provides technical support for customers’ testing needs.

Ganesh Dadage, Project Manager (Kannapolis, NC)

Ganesh plays a key role in supporting projects from the initial phase through completion by providing active support for internal and external customers with project status updates. Ganesh has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Technology and Operations from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL. Ganesh’s strong background in manufacturing, operations and project management is an asset to the Sentek Dynamics team. In his spare time, Ganesh enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, playing tennis, sketching, and singing.

Ryan Nobles, Field Service Engineer (Kannapolis, NC)

Ryan is a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Operation Iraqi Freedom campaign. Post military career, Ryan has spent over 10 years in the oil and gas industry as a commercial diver, remotely operated vehicle technician, and remotely operated vehicle supervisor. After working offshore, Ryan spent 4 years with a Class 1 railroad performing railroad signal installs, repairs, and maintenance. In addition to his remarkable career, Ryan has a certificate in welding from the Lamar Institute of Technology.

Sachin Kumar, Senior Applications Engineer (Kannapolis, NC)

Sachin provides courteous assistance with testing services and product demonstrations at the Sentek Dynamics Kannapolis, NC lab. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Sachin provides technical support and assistance for your testing projects.

Cormac Conahan, Field Service Engineer (Kannapolis, NC)

Cormac brings 3 decades of experience working in the offshore oil & gas industry initially as a commercial diver and later with remotely operated vehicles (ROV’s). He spent 17 years as an ROV mechanical technician, supervisor, and superintendent which includes 8 years installing, testing, and commissioning ROV units on vessels of opportunity such as drill ships, drilling rigs, boats, barges, etc. Cormac also has an associate of science degree in marine technology.

Mark Holland, Applications Engineer (Kannapolis, NC)

With a background in military research at the Air Force Institute of Technology where he spent time designing, installing, and maintaining laboratory installations, Mark supplies technical support for customers looking to purchase their own shaker system, contract Sentek Dynamics for a component test, or troubleshoot issues at their facility. Mark is a graduate of Cedarville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ai Chiem Lor, Field Service Engineer (Kannapolis, NC)

Ai Chiem graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology and a minor in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University Mankato. His previous work experience includes testing diesel and gas powered generators ranging from 13 KW to 200 KW as well as testing diesel engines ranging from 6.0 L to 50 L. Hobbies include volleyball, fishing, spending time with family, and cars (specifically his MR2-Spyder).

Miguel Gomez, Technical Support Manager (Santa Clara, CA)

Miguel manages technical support for all Sentek Dynamics products and is based out of our Santa Clara office. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering. With a background in thermofluids and mechanical design, as well as years of experience with testing equipment, Miguel and his team can support any customer with their environmental testing needs.
